Call for Collaborative Project Proposals

AU CESA ECED & FLN Cluster

The ECED & FLN Cluster invites participating organisations to submit proposals for collaborative projects that bring AU Member States together around a shared early childhood and foundational learning challenge.

Projects should align with CESA 2026–2035, Strategic Area 3 on Pre-primary to Secondary Education, and deliver at least one continental public good — a framework or model, a self-assessment tool, or a documented good practice setting out the enabling conditions and resource requirements other Member States would need to adapt it.

Every proposal must be developed with at least one AU Member State and name a government focal point. Proposals are capped at 2,000 words, and implementation must conclude by April 2027.
